## CfgMgmtCamp Ghent 2018 CFP ##
LOADays 2018 will be held on 21th and 22th of April 2018 in Antwerp, Belgium.
We are looking for presentations for topics that are relevant to System Administration, Operations and Engineering, and topics that tackle new evolutions in operations.
All presentations have to be about open source tools, for more information and inspiration, please see http://loadays.org for more details.
We are looking for both presentation, workshops and ignites
Submissions are due by __16 February 2018__ ! Before you submit, please make sure that you will be available to attend LOADays on 21th and 22th April in Antwerp, Belgium.
You should also know that because we are using an open proposals process, all of the information submitted below will be made public.
### How to submit a Proposal ###
This process is required for each individual submission ( 1 PR = 1 CfP )
- Fork the gitlab project [https://git.loadays.eu/2018loadaysbe/cfp](https://git.loadays.eu/2018loadaysbe/cfp)
- Create a new branch
- Add your proposal to the presentation/ or worshop/ or ignite/ dir, a "template" is available (template.md)
- Add you biopgraphy to the speakers/ dir, a "template" is available (template.md)
Using a Merge Request by following the next steps :
- Send us a Merge Request again the main master project
- You will get a 404 error, becasue you do not have access to review merge request, do not worry.
Using a patch file to mail us (_This is not a preferred method_):
- Create a git patch using ``git format-patch"
- Mail your patch to [cfp@loadays.org](mailto:cfp@loadays.org)
